Bottom-line oriented gas turbine performance monitoring software.
GTeye is a gas turbine performance monitoring program for on-line or off-line use. Inexpensive and easy to configure and install, GTeye satisfies the need for a simple, reliable performance monitor for bottom-line oriented operator.
GTeye relies on user-configurable baseline model of expected gas turbine operation that is easy to create and modify. GTeye can run in off-line mode where GTeye processes historical data stored in an Excel workbook. This is useful when a single performance engineer wants to review performance for a large number of units periodically. Alternatively, GTeye runs in an on-line mode where GTeye processes data provided by the plant's DCS. GTeye can be interfaced to any data source that can connect to a PC.
Key outputs include accumulated lost revenue due to fouling and degradation.
GTeye predicts the optimum maintenance interval for inlet filter replacements, and off-line crank washes. This allows you to schedule maintenance only when it's really needed, so you don't waste time or money. GTeye bases all decisions on reconciled data that has been validated by sophisticated pre-processing to avoid the garbage-in garbage-out problem that plagues many data analysis programs. GTeye includes convenient tools to display historic and real-time trends, tables and plots.
