Reconcile measured plant data with Thermoflow plant model.
The Data Reconciliation System (DRS) is a Super Program that reconciles measured plant data or expected system performance with a Thermoflow plant model. Running from MS Excel, the DRS finds a set of model inputs that gives a weighted best fit between the model output and the data.
DRS outputs a set of reconciled measurements, a complete heat and mass balance at current operating condition, and a detailed instrumentation health summary to quantify instrumentation accuracy and identify malfunctioning sensors.
DRS works in conjunction with any of Thermoflow’s Core Programs, but is licensed separately.
