Registration Information
Course fees include training course materials, lunches and coffee breaks. An invoice will be issued upon receipt of registration form, payable by check or wire transfer. Confirmation of registration will be made in writing upon receipt of full payment. There is no charge for substitutions within the same session. Cancellations must be forwarded by fax or mail, and a cancellation charge will be levied for cancellations less than 30 days in advance of the session.
