If your company is considering training for two or more people, you may prefer to hold a training session at your site. When several trainees are involved, significant travel expenses and man-hours of travel time are saved by relocating the instructor instead of the trainees. This has prompted many customers to host training sessions at their offices. If the host customer allows us to include other customers, we save the time and cost of arranging a suitable venue outside our offices and are happy to share those savings with the host customer.
As the host, your company provides the venue and facilities and incidentals such as copying the notes, lunches and refreshments. On-site training can be:
Exclusively In-House
Attendance is limited to your company's personnel or invitees. Although the number is up to you as a host, we find it most effective if there are no more than 15. Course content can be custom tailored to your company’s needs.
Open to Outsiders
Your company allows us to include up to six outsiders who would register directly with Thermoflow and would be charged by Thermoflow at the normal rates. To avoid overcrowding, your company includes no more than nine, unless fewer outsiders choose to come.
To allow a reasonable amount of time for Thermoflow to advise other interested clients of the availability of such a session, the content and schedule for an Open to Outsiders training seminar must be confirmed to be mutually agreeable at least six weeks in advance.
