Version Download Manager
Licensed
Thermoflow customers may download software from our website.
Quick & Easy Procedure
If you have Version 20 installed, then you may already have the download manager
installed. If so, run it using one of the two methods shown below.
1.
Press Start -> All Programs -> Thermoflow -> Version Download Manager ->
Launch VersionDownloadManager.exe as shown below.

2.
Run the program VersionDownloadManager.exe
located in your TFLOW20 folder,
C:\TFLOW20\VersionDownloadManager.exe if you installed using all
defaults. You can find and run it using the file explorer as shown
below.

Two-step Download Procedure
If you don't have the download
manager installed already, then start by downloading it using the steps below.
Note: Thermoflow Version
Download Manager must be installed on, and run from, a computer with a
functioning Thermoflow HASP key attached. Any computer that can run Thermoflow
software now, or you plan to use to install the software should work fine.
Steps to follow:
1.
to download a zipfile containing the Version Download Manager installation
program. Be sure to choose the Save option as shown below.

2. Open the zipfile
downloaded in step 1 above, and run the program (setup.exe)
it contains. This will install the Version
Download Manager program.
3. At the end of this
installation process, click the Finish button with the Launch the
program checkbox checked. That will start the Version Download
Manager.

4. The Version Download Manager
looks for a Thermoflow HASP key. The following screen is shown if a valid
key is found. This should happen in most cases.

The option buttons are used to
select if this computer IS connected, or IS NOT connected to
the internet. In either case click the button on the right-hand side
of this window to continue.
5. In the event a Thermoflow HASP
key cannot be found, the following window is displayed.

The most likely problem is the
key is not attached. In this case, simply attach the key and press the
Yes button.
The second most likely problem is
the HASP device driver is not installed. In this case, press the No
button to start the HASP installer. Afterwards, rerun the Version
Download Manager with the key attached and driver installed. You will
find a link to the Version Download Manager program in a newly
created Thermoflow program group under your Windows Start button.
