Seminar Fee Includes:
- Complete set of notes (approximately 600 pages), provided upon arrival at the seminar
- Daily luncheon and break refreshments
- Dinner reception one evening
Please complete the registration form below. Upon receipt of the completed form, Thermoflow will send an acknowledgement along with all pertinent information. Hotel information will be included. Note that a block of hotel rooms will be reserved at a special rate for seminar attendees.
Payment may be mailed to Thermoflow or Thermoflow will invoice companies directly. Payment may be made by check (payable to Thermoflow, Inc.) or by wire transfer. Bank details will be included on invoice.
Note on Cancellations
Cancellations received at least two weeks before the start of the seminar are subject to a full fee refund.
Cancellations received less than two weeks prior to the start of the seminar are subject to a $150 late-cancellation fee. Substitutes may be registered at any time before the course begins.
