TFLOW19 revisions are now available from our website.  If you currently have TFLOW19 with a May 11 2009 revision (or later) simply click 'Help -> Check for Revision...' menu from any Thermoflow program.

If you have a pre-May 11 revision, there is a one-time process you need to follow to get the latest revision.  Once you've installed a revision using this process, you'll then be able to simply click the 'Help -> Check for Revision...' menu item.

One-time Process - this procedure involves re-registering your TFLOW19 software. You don't have to re-install the software, just re-register it on our website.  This procedure brings you to the part of our website where you'll be able to get the latest revision.

Please follow these steps:

1. Delete your site ID file (TF.ID) located in the main program installation folder. The file will be C:\TFLOW19\TF.ID if you installed in the default location.

2. Start any Thermoflow program, say GT PRO for example. The program will be unable to find your site ID file (TF.ID), and it will initiate the registration process. You may remember registering the software when you first installed it. Choose the 'ON-LINE' or 'OFF-LINE' button as appropriate. Log in to our website, verify/update your contact information, and click the 'Submit Information' button.

3. Now, you should be looking at a web page entitled 'Registration file ready for download to your computer'. From here, you right-click the big red 'X' and choose the 'Save Target As...' option as always. Below the big red 'X' you'll find the message 'Please Note! A revision dated A RECENT DATE is available. Click here for download and installation details.' Follow that link to a page with instructions for downloading and installing the most recent revision.
