Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations received less than 30 days before course start date are subject to a 20% charge.

- Cancellations received less than 15 days before course start date are subject to a 50% charge.

- No refunds will be made for cancellations received less than 7 days before course start date, and "no shows".

Thermoflow reserves the right to cancel any regularly scheduled course that fails to meet minimum enrollment requirements.  A full refund of the course fee will be made to those already confirmed.
